Rei AI provides AI-powered radiology solutions including rei:Precision and rei:Dictate. These services are designed to assist healthcare professionals in radiology reporting and quality assurance.
3. User Responsibilities
Users of Rei AI services must:
- Be licensed healthcare professionals or authorised by their healthcare institution
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI systems
4. Professional Review and Responsibility
It is imperative that all content generated by Rei AI's services, including but not limited to reports produced by rei:Dictate, be thoroughly reviewed and validated by a qualified radiologist or appropriate healthcare professional before being used for any medical or diagnostic purposes. The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- Rei AI's services are designed as assistive tools and are not intended to replace professional medical judgement
- The responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of any medical report or decision lies solely with the healthcare professional using the service
- Any AI-generated content should be considered a draft and must undergo careful human review and editing before being finalised
- Users must exercise their independent professional judgement in all cases and should not rely solely on the output of Rei AI's services for diagnostic or treatment decisions
Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in termination of service access and potential legal consequences.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Rei AI services are owned by Rei AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain all rights to their input data. However, by using our services, users grant Rei AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process this input data for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
The ownership and intellectual property rights of AI-generated content (e.g., draft radiology reports) are determined as follows:
- The final, human-reviewed and edited version of any AI-generated content belongs to the user or their institution
- Rei AI retains the right to use anonymised versions of AI-generated content for research, development, and improvement of our services
6. Data Usage and Privacy
User data will be collected, used, and protected as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data practices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rei AI services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, our AI systems are designed to assist, not replace, professional medical judgement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our AI-generated content. Users acknowledge that:
- The AI system may occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies
- The AI system's performance may vary based on the quality and nature of input data
- The AI system is not a substitute for professional medical expertise and clinical judgement
- Rei AI is not responsible for any medical decisions made based on the output of our services
8. Limitation of Liability
Rei AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rei AI harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service will immediately cease
- We will retain your data for a period of 30 days, during which you may request a copy
- After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete all your data from our systems, except where we are required by law to retain it
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law
- The Therapeutic Goods Act 1989
- State and territory radiation safety legislation
- Any relevant guidelines issued by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR)
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Rei AI services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
15. Service Availability and Updates
Rei AI strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance that may result in service interruptions
- Release updates or modifications to our services without prior notice
- Discontinue or modify features of our services at our discretion
Users will be notified of significant changes or updates that may affect their use of our services.
